Yoga Class for Kids

6:30-7 pm

For ages 3-6.

Join Jessica Case of Superbloom Speech Therapy for an inclusive, supportive, sensory-friendly Talk Yoga class. This class is for all ability yogis. Dress comfortably and bring a mat or towel. Caregivers must stay in the room during the class.

Registration is required.

Reiki-Infused Meditation

Every 4th Friday
1:00-2:00pm

One hour of Reiki-infused mindfulness and a guided themed meditation.

Registration is encouraged. The first 20 participants who register are guaranteed a goody bag created around this month’s theme.

Adult Board Game Night

1st Tuesday of each month
6:30-8:00pm

Join fellow board game enthusiasts each month to play a variety of games. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own board games!
No registration required.
