In honor of Women’s History Month, join us on March 22 for a special performance dedicated to a true jazz pioneer Lil Hardin Armstrong (1898–1971). Pianist Caili O’Doherty will lead her quartet through Lil’s life story and the extraordinary music she created. Experience the music live—much of which is featured on O’Doherty’s acclaimed album, Celebrating Lil Hardin Armstrong: Bluer than Blue. Performers: Caili O’Doherty (piano), Adi Meyerson (bass), Cory Cox (drums), and Tahira Clayton (vocals).
