Event Details
A combination of flowing movement and deep stretching, this class dives deeper into yoga poses (asanas) to release tension and return body and mind to a state of rest, supported by props and breath (pranayama). A slower paced class, perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a restorative break from faster paced classes or busy days.
Teacher trainer Luis Ollé discovered the practice of yoga and guided meditation in 2004. While he was attracted to the physical aspects of the practice, he fell deeper in love with the emotional benefits, and spirituality it had brought him.
Registration is encouraged.
