CANCELLED — A recruiter’s guide to getting noticed! In this workshop, you’ll gain practical strategies and personalized advice about tailoring your resume to help position yourself as the top candidate in today’s competitive job market.
This is the first in a two-part “Insider Tips to Get You Hired” series led by Dora Hsieh, a Human Resources professional with extensive experience as a recruiter and HR manager. The second workshop, “Mastering the Interview: Insider Tips from an HR Manager on What Interviewers Want to Hear,” will be held in January 2025 — exact date to be announced soon.
Following each workshop, you’ll have an opportunity to sign up for one-on-one sessions with Dora to review your resume and practice some mock interviews.
About the presenter: Dora Hsieh holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, bringing a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and hiring practices. With extensive
experience as a recruiter and human resource manager that oversaw the entire recruitment process in the organization, Dora offers an insider’s point of view into what makes candidates stand
out during the hiring process. Dora and her husband recently moved to Metuchen, where she is excited to become involved in the vibrant local community.
