In this program presented by CompDojo, patrons will learn the basics of Programming in Python. Python is an easy to understand programming language that has a wide range of applications including Web Development, Scientific Computing, and Artificial Intelligence. The models used in ChatGPT were written in Python. This course will cover the following concepts:
- Computers and Programming
- Hello World Program
- Compilation and Execution/Run
- Parts of a Python Program
- Input and Output
- If and Else Statements
- Switch Statements
- For Loops
- While Loops

For Grades 6 to 12. No prior experience necessary.
Registration is required.
Priority will be given to Metuchen Patrons.
