Book Club
Event Details
The Metuchen Library Book Club meets September through June on the second Wednesday of the month* in the library’s upstairs Community Room. This month we will discuss Is a River Alive? by Robert Macfarlane. Click HERE to see a list of all books for the 2026-27 cycle. All are welcome! Registration is not required.
*For the 2026-27 cycle, the meetings in October and November will meet on the third Wednesday, not the second Wednesday.
Accessibility: Our library is committed to inclusivity and accessibility. Our building is wheelchair-accessible with a modern elevator and accessible restrooms. We’ve installed hearing loops in our Community Room, and we offer T-coil receiver/headphone kits for in-library use by those with hearing loss. If you need specific accommodations, such as sign language interpretation, for any of our services, events, or activities, whether on-site or online, please reach out to us at (732) 632-8526 or email info@metuchenlibrary.org. We’re here to ensure everyone can fully enjoy their library experience.
