You do not need to know anything about yoga or be extremely flexible. You aren’t event expected to bring yoga mat!, please bring one if you have one. All we expect for you to do is show up, breathe, relax be awaken your body and mind in new ways.
Classes consists of 40 minutes of warm-ups and exercises, 10 minutes of meditation and 10 minutes of yoga breathing.
