There’s a lot of information out there about what to eat. However, very little of it is unique to the menopause transition, which often starts in the mid-40s and lasts until the 60s. Attendees will learn how to feel their best by prioritizing nutritious foods and healthy lifestyle habits for mid-life and beyond. Food demo with recipe, plus the chance to win a great raffle prize for all who attend.

Presented by Lorraine Matthews-Antosiewicz, MS, RDN (njnutritionist.com) in collaboration with Metuchen Farmers Market.

Registration is encouraged.
